Ham flat sandwich


INGREDIENTS: Whole Wheat rounds, Uncured Ham and bacon, Peach, Grape tomatoes, Basil, Goat Cheese, Fermented Pickles

This is one of our favorite sandwiches lunch.  It contains protein, fiber, vitamins and even a probiotic (for that digestive system).  The uncured ham can be purchased at store such as sprouts, trader joe’s and whole foods.  I also alternate this with Canadian bacon which I purchase from Costco.
