Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil olive oil is an option
  • 16 spears asparagus
  • 4 slices uncured bacon beef or turkey
Servings: kids
Instructions
  1. Preheat oil in shallow pan to medium-high heat Add asparagus and stir-fry for 4 minutes
  2. Turn heat to low-medium and cover shallow pan for 4 minutes
  3. On another pan, while asparagus is being cooked, cook bacon , 2 minutes each side or until crispy
  4. Remove asparagus and bacon from heat
  5. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around 4 spears of asparagus and serve as a side dish or snack!

TIP:
When purchasing asparagus, place them in a container with filter water and cover them with plastic bag in the fridge. This will keep them fresh for days!
