Just three ingredients! beets, carrots and celery and that is it.
You will have sweet juice packed with nutrients. Good source of fiber, magnesium, iron and anti-inflammatory. Also, not only do carrots support eye sight and lungs but offers protection from cancer and cardiovascular disease.
– 4 to 5 beets, leaves included
– 5 to 6 carrots
– celery sticks
Wash all vegetables before using. Juice all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy.
