I used the Oscar Meyer Uncured Turkey bacon, specially because of the the low sodium.

Ingredients
  • 3-4 slices Turkey Bacon
  • 1 entire head of broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil I use extra virgin
Servings: kids
Instructions
  1. Heat up a skillet and pour in olive oil
  2. Two heads of organic broccoli
  3. Chop the bacon & broccoli into little, tiny pieces
  4. Once you hear the olive oil sizzle, throw in the chopped bacon in and stir for a minute
  5. Throw in the chopped broccoli and stir with the bacon, about 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy as a snack or a side vegetable!
