Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp coconut amino acids or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour or cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 medium scallion
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil for green beans
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil for chicken
  • 6-8 oz green beans or snow peas
  • 1 lb organic chicken breast cut up against the grain in small pieces
  • steamed riced
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Combine coconut amino acids, oyster, tapioca, salt
  2. Stir in cut up chicken. Let it set for a min of 20 minutes
  3. Use processor for mincing garlic and scallions together
  4. Trim end of green beans
  5. Heat pan on high-heat. Pour 2 tbsp oil, wait for 15 secs and add garlic/scallions mix and stir for 1 minute
  6. Add green beans and stir 2 minutes
  7. Remove from pan and add 2 tbsp oil
  8. Add cut up chicken and stir for about 5 minutes or until light brown
  9. Add green beans, garlic and scallions back into the pan with the chicken
  10. Stir for about 3 minutes
  11. Serve over rice
