Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef preferably organic/grass-fed
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup organic cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup organic spinach, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves chopped garlic
Servings: 2 kids, 2 adults
Instructions
  1. Season ground beef with sea salt and black pepper
  2. Pre-heat shallow pan to medium-high heat
  3. Add olive oil, wait 30 secs, add chopped garlic, stir for about 2 minutes
  4. Add seasoned ground beef to hot skillet, stir every 2-3 minutes until done, about 6 minutes or until desire doneness
  5. Add chopped cilantro and chopped spinach
  6. Reduce heat to low and cover for 4 minutes, remove from heat and serve
Recipe Notes

For additional nutrients serve with grape tomatoes and sliced red potatoes
