Ingredients
  • 4 slices tilapia fish preferably wild caught
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Servings: 2 kids, 2 adults
Instructions
  1. Remove fish from package and season with salt and black pepper on both sides
  2. Pre-heat pan or skillet and add olive oil and butter until melted
  3. Add seasoned fish, 4-5 minutes each side or until done
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro, remove from and let stand for 1-2 minutes
  5. Serve with rice and enjoy!
