Ingredients
  • 4 strips uncured turkey bacon
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup raspberries or any other type of berries
  • 6 dollar whole wheat pancakes Follow box instructions

Instructions
  1. Wash and rinse all fruit
  2. Peel Mango and cut into chunks
  3. Pre-heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Add uncured bacon strips (no need for oil)
  4. Let strips cook for 2 minutes, then flip over for additional 2 minutes
  5. Remove strips from pan and serve with berries and pancakes
