Combine all ingredients (except drumsticks) and stir
Place 4 drumsticks in a ziploc bag and pour in 1/4 of mixture, add 5 sprigs of thyme, seal bag, toss. Repeat by placing 4 drumsticks in separate bags. Marinate overnight or 3 hours (the more the better)
When ready, pre-heat grill, remove drumsticks from bags, place them on a large container lined with wax paper.
Place the drumsticks on the rack over medium-heat, turn every 5 minutes until the drumsticks are cooked through, about 25-30 minutes
Remove from grill, enjoy!!
You can also make them in the oven, 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes
