In a hurry to make breakfast? These yummy pancakes are very straight forward to make.  Make a few substations to bump its nutritious value.

Instructions
  1. Use a pancake mix that is loaded with fiber and as few ingredients as possible. 

  2. Follow directions on box. Substitute cow's milk with coconut milk. Oil with avocado or olive oil.  

  3. Use organic eggs at all possible


  4. Add Hemp hearts seeds to the mix.  Hemp seed is bursting with omega-6 and omega-3 that provide health and anti-inflammatory benefits 

  5. Top with blueberries (antioxidants), and pineapple (vitamin c)
