- 1 cup papaya flesh
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups of 100% orange juice
(freshly squeezed preferably)
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
You can also add a 1/4 inch ginger to maximize digestion aid
- Halve the papaya and scoop out and discard the black seeds. Peel the papaya and chopped into pieces.
- Peel the banana. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until all ingredients are combined
- Pour into glasses and enjoy
My little one also loves papaya as a snack, it is very sweet, so it satisfies his sweet tooth.
