You can reduce fat, sugar, sodium and calories in most of their dishes by ordering steam, no sauce or sauce on the size, easy oil and sauce, added vegetables, etc..  No added MSG and no added hormones on their all-white-meat chicken.  Gluten free Items available.  Keep in mind most of their dishes are high in sodium and sugar, to reduce this make substitutions as suggested below.

Better choices suggestions and recommended substitutions from kids’ meal:

  • Meals:
    • Honey Seared small with chicken – ask for steam chicken and sauce on the side, add snap peas or broccoli
    • Honey Seared small with shrimp – ask for steam shrimp and sauce on the side, add snap peas or broccoli
    • Sweet and Sour small with chicken – ask for steam chicken and sauce on the side, add snap peas or broccoli
    • Sweet and Sour small with shrimp – ask for steam shrimp and sauce on the side, add snap peas or broccoli
    • Sweet and Sour small with vegetables and tofu – ask for steam tofu and sauce on the side, add snap peas or broccoli
    • Asian Chopped chicken Salad – ask for dressing on the side
    • Egg noodles small – ask to be steamed or cooked with light oil
  • Sides:
    • Thai Chicken – make it mild and add extra lettuce, ensure to ask for easy on the sauce or on the side (contains too much sodium as is)
    • Side salad – vinaigrette dressing on the side
    • Vegetable Spring roll no sauce
    • Crispy Potstickers (2) – no sauce
    • Crab Wontons – no sauce
    • Vietnamese Chicken Salad rolls – no sauce
    • Traditional Edamame – ask for easy on the salt
