Sure love a healthy and quick dinner. This is one is a go-to meal once a week. The kids enjoy it. In order to change it up a little bit each week, I serve it with a different kind of vegetable, a good way to introduce a variety of vegetables to the family.
1tbspall-poultry herb powderTrader Joes has a good one
1/4cupchicken brothpreferably organic and low sodium
Seasoned thawed chicken will sea salt, black pepper, and herb powder. Ensure all sides are covered
Heat avocado oil in medium skillet over high heat, after about 20 secs add broccoli and stir frequently for about 4 minutes. Seasoned with pepper and salt as desired. Cover and lower heat for 3 additional minutes. Remove from heat
On a 2nd medium size skillet, add seasoned chicken and stir until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and lower heat stirring frequently for about 5 additional minutes
Remove chicken from heat and serve immediately with broccoli or desired vegetable on the side
