Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef preferably organic/grass -fed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves chopped
Servings: 2 kids, 2 adults
Instructions
  1. Season lean ground beef with sea salt and black pepper
  2. Using your hands, massage fresh chopped rosemary into meat
  3. Shape ground beef into a small size ball and place between to sheets of parchment paper.
  4. Flatten with choice of tool (I use a pyrex and press down, the thinner the better they taste!)
  5. Place flattened patties on wax paper
  6. Pre-heat skillet or pan to medium-high heat, add olive oil
  7. Place them on the pan or skillet for 2-3 minutes then flip over for another 2-3 minutes or until desire doneness
Recipe Notes

Serve with lettuce and strawberries for additional nutrients and vitamins
