Carrots and apples give this juice a sweet flavor, they won't even know you added spinach to it! (you can omit ginger or just use 1/2 inch, ginger has a spicy flavor)

Ingredients
  • 8 medium organic carrots (peel skin if not organic)
  • 2 handful spinach
  • 2 organic green apples (peel skin if not organic)
  • 1/2-1 inch ginger (peeled) (optional)
Servings: kids
Instructions
  1. Always clean all your vegetables and fruits under cold running water or use veggie wash sprayer; scrub using vegetable brush if possible
  2. Place vegetables and fruits in juicer in the order listed above
  3. Enjoy!
