Ingredients
  • 1 large package wild caught salmon
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp dry rosemary
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Servings: 2 kids, 2 adults
Instructions
  1. Pat salmon dry with paper towel, and cut into 3-4 portions
  2. Season salmon with black pepper, sea salt and rosemary on both sides
  3. Pre-heat skillet to medium-high heat
  4. Add oil and butter until melted
  5. Place seasoned salmon on hot pan, 3 minutes on each side or until desire brownies
  6. Reduce heat to low-medium and cover for 5 minutes
  7. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!!
