Ingredients
  • 4 medium organic eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 servings whole wheat pancakes Follow box directions
Servings: 2 kids, 2 adults
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat a small pan or skillet to medium heat, add oil (do not let it smoke)
  2. Add 1/4 portion of beaten egg to pan, let it cook for 2 minutes, then flip over for 2 more minutes
  3. Remove from pan and place on a plate
  4. Repeat to cook three more servings
  5. Prepare pancake mix as per box directions for 4-6 people
Recipe Notes

When done, place pancakes, flat egg on plate. Serve with fruit and vegetable juice! Enjoy all those nutrients!
