      Note:

      This product contains the ingredient inulin, which is has been added to provide fiber.  Inulin is a naturally occurring fiber found in chicory roots.  Food manufactures add this to food products that usually lack fiber from whole grains.

      Millet is a good source of minerals such as magnesium and vitamins B, and also contains fiber and calcium.  Millet is a good way to get your whole grains without the gluten, since it is gluten-free.
